One of the worst experiences of my life. The customer service is a nightmare, and I mean literally 4 HOURS or MORE waiting on the phone to be sent from one agent to another and then be told there is nothing they can do and have to "escalate" the problem (I was only trying to rent a new container, I already had another, so what problem???). Then you go all the way there to be told by the manager that there is nothing they can do and you have to go through the website or customer service. These guys/gals are great to work with. They are prompt, quick to assist and super professional. James, in the Charleston area, was so polite, time and efficient. They made it easy to work with which is super important with dealing with all the stresses of a big move. THANK YOU!

I filed a complaint through BBB for PackRats allowing my belongings to be damaged by mold in 2024 after they told me on a recorded line before hiring their services that storing my belongings in their non-climate controlled warehouse in hot and humid Charleston, SC would not cause a mold issue. Well it did, and they still denied my claim! I am out thousands of dollars plus what I paid them to move and store my belongings. They lied to me and then wouldn't accept responsibility.
