Pack rat was terrific. I needed two containers and ended up storing my stuff for 19 months. They hauled away my containers in May 2024 and brought them to my new house in January 2026. Somehow everything I packed was exactly how I left it. Nothing was broken. They are responsive and friendly. Their prices were better than Pods. I highly recommend.
They made our move so easy. Quick delivery and pick up! Easy to do it all online.
Jon and PackRat were very friendly and personable and a pleasure to do business with. They were where they were supposed to be when they said they would be there and extremely easy to contact and negotiate with. I dealt with them with 3 pods, all at different times in a span of a few months, in our move to the south from the north and from the PackRat standpoint, it could not have been smoother. Kudos to Jon and his team.
THEY CHARGE YOU FOR EVERY LITTLE THING! BE CAREFUL AND FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO! They only tell you about thier monthly pricing what they don't tell you is about all thier fees that is in the fine print.
