One of the worst experiences of my life. The customer service is a nightmare, and I mean literally 4 HOURS or MORE waiting on the phone to be sent from one agent to another and then be told there is nothing they can do and have to "escalate" the problem (I was only trying to rent a new container, I already had another, so what problem???).
