The pod was delivered and picked up as promised. It was difficult to communicate with PackRat to confirm in transit information because they only have one number to call and I had long wait times to speak to someone. I was frequently referred to their online support but was never able to log into that site. It would be great if they gave you a timeline window for delivery to the final destination rather than a all day window that they gave me.

Gerald was a true professional. He kept in contact with us when he was delayed by traffic. When I showed him the location I wanted the container he was very accommodating and made it work for us. Gerald was very courteous and respectful. Couldn't have asked for a nicer guy.
