We moved into an apartment complex in Kentucky. Not only was the box shipped quickly from Arizona, but the team was kind and highly skilled. Our parking lot is quite small. Andre was our delivery guy, and he would not leave until the box was placed perfectly. Super grateful to the Pack Rat team.
I am very impressed by the professionalism Mike and Andre displayed. They helped my mother this past week, and was very easy and compassionate with an elderly lady, and that speaks volumes about the level of care they have with their customers. I HIGHLY recommend this company, especially if you're trying to help a loved one from out of state and can't be there. They will put your heart at ease!
