I scheduled this through uhaul. I was supposed to have 2 movers for 3 hrs arriving between 11am and 12pm today. It is now almost 4pm and they still aren't here. It is ridiculous that I have spent my entire day waiting for them.

At first they did fairly well scheduling and then accommodating me when I asked to move up the transfer container date to new home. But pick up of the container has been a nightmare. I have been waiting 2 days for them to pick up the empty container. I have called numerous times and they keep telling me they are on their way. No one is showing up. Come get your container please

First off I would like to say that the customer service is lacking call center is terrible so hard to get through. I was on hold for over an hour. Apparently they don’t have many drivers because it takes a very long time to get your container picked up. I’ve used pods in the past much better company much faster only had to give a day notice to have them pick the pot up. They were a little bit more expensive but at the end of the day, it’s worth it. I would not recommend this company.

This is the stupidest company you could hire... I had a container from Arizona to Michigan these idiots asked me several times which way do you want the container pointed i told them several times.... It was in their work order.... They brought it on the truck the wrong way and they didn't know how to flip it around... So they had to take it back and they sent another driver ... But it was also loaded the wrong way on the truck, but he was able to figure it out after sometime.... Then the day they were supposed to pick it up... read more

I would like to file a complaint against the person at facility that unloads the trucks, He is very rude, And was Using racial slurs against my driver, And held him for 2 whole hours holding his ppw hostage, Just to delay him for no reason, He is veryunprofessional, and these actions are not acceptable, I would give 0 stars if available.
