Run, seriously run from this company. Container did not arrive on scheduled day and customer service could care less (when you finally get through to anyone). Again, for final pick up, came a day later than scheduled. Very frustrating and unpleasant experience. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.

I had a tight time frame, but had quotes from a few places that could meet my expectations. Pack-Rat called and "worked" the situation, even lowering the price and offering a lock. I was very specific about my expectations but after paying for the service a contact is sent and the date was changed. Although they promised to deliver on the date requested, no one showed. I was able to get my money back, but it is a disappointment considering I had plans.

We were moving Michigan to Texas. Scheduled a morning drop off for two containers. Morning came and went with no word. After 2+ hours on hold, one container was dropped off. The next container was not dropped off until the following day. Then, despite me confirming the pickup date twice, they did not arrive on the scheduled date. Its important to note they miss the scheduled drop offs and pickups and dont bother to reach out to you to reschedule or tell you they wont be there. They just dont show up. I scheduled this through uhaul. I was supposed to have 2 movers for 3 hrs arriving between 11am and 12pm today. It is now almost 4pm and they still aren't here. It is ridiculous that I have spent my entire day waiting for them.

At first they did fairly well scheduling and then accommodating me when I asked to move up the transfer container date to new home. But pick up of the container has been a nightmare. I have been waiting 2 days for them to pick up the empty container. I have called numerous times and they keep telling me they are on their way. No one is showing up. Come get your container please
