GOOG JOB I was most satisfied with the salesperson. He was awesome. He was funny and entertaining. I think he is the reason we chose them. His presentation showed us why they were better.
Efficient and friendly They were pretty efficient. The installers worked well together. They were right on. I don't see anything they need to change as long as they have efficient workers like Ted and Ryan. I was pleased with the efficiency and speed they worked at. They were very thorough and kept things clean. There was no mess left over after the job was completed. They were friendly.
They got right on it We were looking at C&L Ward but Hansons called back immediately and the financing worked and all that. It was mainly because there was immediate contact. It must have been 15 minutes after we went online that someone called. They talked to us on the phone, they were in and out and ahead of schedule. Windows held up!! Just wanted to tell about Hansons windows. The other evening, after the wind and rain pounded on our home, their windows held up to the test! The storm came tearing thru like a vegeance, ripping off some of our siding and knocking down some big trees in the area, but the windows held up just like they said. I thought for sure I would see water coming in and a puddle of water in the basement from the window above like we always did previously but guess what--not a drop!! Job well done!!!!
Everything great Just had some roofing, siding and trim work done by Hansons. Both crews were great. The cleanup was great. The project manager was easy to talk to, and everything was just excellent. The time in which they did it was great. They did excellent work. The front gable we weren't going do, but it looked really bad. Loved our sales rep! I am writing this because of the wonderful experience i had with Hansons Windows. My first impression was with sales rep Matt Czernel. He not only informed me of the windows, but he made me feel as though I was a part of the Hansons family. Fuzzy Price Math, High pressure This review is based on sales experience only, not the products, which I did not buy. Set up an evening appointment expecting an hour, it went 3.5 hours. I didnt like the no upfront prices, and fuzzy math they use to go down the rabbit hole of discounts to get to the final price. And then of course the "I need an answer today to give you that price, he finally agreed on to take my answer the next day. Answer was " No, Thank you" It was going to cost about $1,000 a window. What a difference I just had new windows installed by Hansons 2 months ago and boy ?? what a difference they have made. The drafts I used to feel in my living room and family room are gone and my recent consumers bill dropped by $100 compared to last year.
