Fuzzy Price Math, High pressure This review is based on sales experience only, not the products, which I did not buy. Set up an evening appointment expecting an hour, it went 3.5 hours. I didnt like the no upfront prices, and fuzzy math they use to go down the rabbit hole of discounts to get to the final price. And then of course the "I need an answer today to give you that price, he finally agreed on to take my answer the next day. Answer was " No, Thank you" It was going to cost about $1,000 a window. Estimate A few days prior, I had an estimate performed from a Wallside representative and it was blatantly obvious he wasn't concerned about my needs as a customer, only a sale. He also did not and refused to give me a written estimate with a price breakout/breakdown. He merely scribbled the type of window and the cost on the back of a piece of paper

Love my new windows I seriously love my windows and my roof...from sales to the peeps in the office'...I was thrilled...took a bit longer than they said but well worth it. I am having my sister contact them globbing sales guy was bill...ask for him
Good job I have done work in the past with hansons. They did gutters and gutter grate I was happy with the experience and I am now considering having my roof done because I know they are licensed and insured and will do a good job.
Happy Well we just moved in our new house not even two week ago and HANSONS will be putting windows in and I'm very happy about it because we really need new windows
Chose the right company! I chose the right company. I couldn't be happier with my new roof, and my roofers were extremely professional and went above and beyond their duty. For example, I got stuck in my driveway (twice), and my roofers (Tim and J.T.) helped me get out - and helped several of my neighbors out, as well. They were there at the times they said they would be, kept in communication with me, didn't leave to take long breaks (although I wouldn't have blamed them - it was freezing outside), and did an excellent job.... read more
