We had a very knowledgeable rep that presented the windows to us. Things we had no knowledge of we appreciate it.
Would not be able to recommend Hanson to anyone due to completion issues which still has not been done 4 months later. Everytime we contact customer service and management we are told it will be completed but we are still waiting. The siding work and sofit looks great but we can't get anyone back out to fix the caulking that has bubble and peeled. It's a color match so we can't just go buy it. Was told it would be done a few weeks ago again and no one has shown up.
