Best place to get rid of almost anything and friendly
I think their price points are too high. Lead guy wasn't sure of how much volume my items would take up in truck. REALLY! I told him I could take it to Rumpke myself, then he lowered the price. Professional, but look elsewhere.
My wife called and was told that the crew would come out, look at what they had to move, then would give her a quote right there on the spot. Based on what she described the person on the other end of the phone told her that it would be quite a small load and that it would be close to their base price of $118 for the removal. This was a small pile of junk taking up just a small portion of the front of my 1 car garage. Awesome customer service! I had to reschedule from the previous day. They called in the morning to let me know there had been a cancellation and they could come early. I didn't think the'd be able to get everything into the truck - but they did. They even had to fight off a live opossum hidden in my garage. (Well, they shooed him out after it scared them.) They had the best attitudes and were very friendly. They cleaned up more than I expected and did an all around great job. I will definitely use you again.
The tv commercials suck I'm sick of hearing them who and the hell would have 2 Tom's on a job site everything about this company is a joke they are just in it to make big $ only if this gets deleted I'll make a new page against got junk
