1800GotJUNK was so easy to set up and amazingly accommodating. The called me the day before to ask if I wanted to move my appointment day up since the had the availability, I was unable to and they said that's ok if you should choose your mind then let us know. The day of they called again to ask if I wanted to have them call earlier but again wasn't able to change time. They gentleman on the phone I believe Sam was extremely polite and professional. Because of covid-19 the bulk trash service in my city has been suspended. Since i don't drive a pick up truck or know anyone who does, I didn't know how I was going to get rid of my bulk trash. I saw the ad for 1-800-GOTJUNK and decided to give them a try. I wasn't disappointed. The pros that showed up to pick up my junk were punctual, courteous, and respectful of my property. Would definitely recommend them.
