When I called for service the dispatcher said they would take an old hottub but it would have to be broken apart. So I boke it apart. The the guys picking up said they couldn't take it. I also told them I had old decking material. No indication this would be an issue. Again when the guys were picking up they told me it was considered construction material and would be way more expensive to haul. The two guys picking up were great. The problem lies with the dispatcher. WIll never use again.
The was extremely professional, and the personnel were polite, hardworking, and completed moving the items quickly. Getting an appointment was easy.
We removed the hedges from our front yard and needed some way to get rid of them. We called at 9 pm the night before and they were at our house the next day at 8 am. Professional, kind, and they got the job done!
