We have used 1-800 Got Junk twice now and have had wonderful experiences both times. Brian and Jace went out of their way and stayed late to make sure we were able to receive same day service. Even after the job was done they stayed to help us rearrange some of our other furniture even though they had to be back at work bright and early the next morning. I bought new furniture and I had large furniture boxes lying around in my apartment. I didn't know where and how to trash them. So, I logged onto the 1800GotJunk website and I sent a request out saying that I need some help to dispose off large furniture boxes. Kyle and Brian came out today and helped me in disposing off those boxes. They were very professional, cordial and extremely helpful. Thanks a lot guys !
