This was a great experience! I made my initial call and set up an appointment. There was an immediate follow up call within an hour. I received a mother phone call an hour before their arrival. The guys introduced themselves, quoted and started to moving the items out. Done! Great experience! Job well done!
Great experience! Same day service and on schedule. Great and friendly guys too. The cost was a bit high but no one else would accept a 50 inch projection tv much less come and pick it up. So the price was worth it and now one less thing to worry about. Thank you!
This is the second time I have used 1-800-GOT-JUNK. There is no easier way to get rid of stuff you no longer want, especially large items that are difficult to move. Jose and Phil were a great team. They were friendly, courteous and very professional. I would recommend this team and company to anyone that has "junk"!
I needed a 2 piece sectional gone quickly since our date to move had changed. I went online and was able to schedule an appointment the same day and they came out within two hours. It was quick, easy, and they took right to loading and was done in no time. I would definately recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to remove things themselves.
I had a pretty good experience with this company. The technicians where pleasant to work with. I felt the fees were a bit pricey, but sometimes we pay for convenience. More importantly, I appreciate calling them today, getting an estimate the same, and getting rid of the junk too. One phone call is all out took and these guys were ready to take the junk of my hands. Now I have peace of mind knowing the buyer can move into his new home with a clean, clutter free garage. Thank you!
I had a problem getting a rental trailer on short notice and called 1800 Got Junk to asked about a ball park figure, thought it was reasonable, then when truck came out to give estimate it was 4xs the ball park figure, I was desperate for help so I reluctantly agreed and then the junk was too gross and some of the guys said, " they didn't feel comfortable with the job" so they left half way through and I paid half and still have to get rid of half the junk on my own. So disappointed.
Very nice guys that came and did a great job. Professional, fast and efficient. Would use them again.
