I appreciate the professionalism & niceness on the removal portion but Ithis is a rip-off about the refund part. I didn't even get the pint of Ben & Jerry's ice cream. it was my 2nd time using them & I've never, ever gotten any type of refund for some pretty nice items that were picked up that I needed to get out if my house but thought it would be nice to make a few dollars on. Call were not returned. IF u just need junk removal, go ahead, but if you're really looking for a refund, don't choose this company.

Contacted this 1800Junk-Refund for junk removal, Alan came within 24 hours and provide great customer service and was very professional. I would definitely recommend this company and use them for repeat service! This company gets the job done.
One of my good friends asked me to help them move, but the biggest problem was that most of the things in their house weren't coming with them! It seemed like such a waste to just leave it all behind. So I found 1-800-junk-refund on Google and after it was all said and done - she ended up making enough money off her left over junk to buy a new coffee table for her new house! Thanks!!
