I ordered the lilies for my mother‘s birthday. I ordered it a week in advance to be delivered on a Friday. She actually received a package several days after her birthday on Monday. The plan inside was dead and rotten. It took almost 20 minutes to get a customer Service. I got a refund, but my mother got a dead plant for her birthday. Thank you one 800 flowers.
Delivery was left outside front door 104 degree day, 4 hours later Most of the flowers were wilted. When I call to complain. Sent pictures. I never recieved any response.
I didn't know there was store location until today. The staff was super friendly and very welling to help me out. I will be back here again for sure. Thank you to nice young lady that helped me today.
My experience with 1-800-Flowers was extremely disappointing. I ordered a flower delivery from 1-800-Flowers for my wife for International Women’s Day (March 8). She lives in another state, so sending flowers was my only way to make the day special for her. Ordered flowers and a cake. Order was placed outside in the sun. No phone call was made to advise that no one was home. Flowers look sad and cake no good anymore. Called to complain and after a frustrating conversation, while the person spoke over me I will receive a partial refund. Asked to speak to a supervisor to no avail.
