My experience with 1-800-Flowers was extremely disappointing. I ordered a flower delivery from 1-800-Flowers for my wife for International Women’s Day (March 8). She lives in another state, so sending flowers was my only way to make the day special for her. To avoid any issues, I placed the order in the evening on March 6, 2026, and scheduled delivery for the next day. The flowers were not delivered as scheduled. Ordered flowers and a cake. Order was placed outside in the sun. No phone call was made to advise that no one was home. Flowers look sad and cake no good anymore. Called to complain and after a frustrating conversation, while the person spoke over me I will receive a partial refund. Asked to speak to a supervisor to no avail.
I ordered the Deluxe version through FTD, so it would be filled with flowers. What was delivered was basically greenery. I wouldn’t have bothered if I’d known this was what would be delivered. L
Excellent place, I walked right in and got exact flowers as I wanted is there selection is wonderful.
