Wonderful experience made easier by walking in! They have oversized stuffed animals inside to cards, plants, and of course ready OutofBox bouquets. I was looking for something else, SO THEY MADE IT ON THE SPOT. Sorry for the other bad reviews, but my in real world experience ...it was spot on for what I needed. #seephoto

Made the mistake in asking a simple question to 5he virtual assistant, "Do you SELL African Violets plants"?? What I got was can't answer let me get a live agent. Well I don't know how live they were but they first had to review chat with virtual and then their reply was all about me ordering in Africa??? I asked a simple question and even after I wasted my time explaining it, they still think I want to order from Africa. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not order from here! My husband paid $120 for roses and there were two extremely small roses on the bunch! Please look at the images of what was ordered vs what was received! They refused to refund the delivery fee which was THIRTY DOLLARS!!
