I was very pleased with CMS work with our water damage mitigation and restoration. They are clearly professional in every way: they communicate very well, are timely with all work, and very easy to work with. Best of all, all workers and subcontractors arrived ON TIME to all appointments! I give CMS my highest recommendation.
I've collaborated with CMS on some remodeling work for a client, and they were SUPER easy to work with, and helpful beyond what their role really required. I definitely recommend them to make the stressful job of dealing with restoration much less painful.
Subpar work and even worse communication
They took care of everything. They are very direct which is not to be confused with rude. They know what they are talking about and will make sure the job is done properly. They coordinated multiple repairs on my house saving me time to do life things.
CMS has been wonderful to work with!!! I highly recommend them!! Steve was incredibly helpful in getting things moving quickly and guiding us through a process we were unfamiliar with. If you have mitigation or rebuild needs, make CMS your first call!
