I originally wanted to go with my own floor guy, and drywall guy. After I met James with CMS and he came to look at all the damage, I was sold. That was the best move I have ever done. CMS made everything run smooth, done in a timely manner and the customer service is amazing. I have already recommended them to my family and friends.
James and the entire CMS team have impressed me with their knowledge of the industry, ability to quickly respond and assess a situation, and incredible customer service.
When i put these 5 stars all of this goes Mr. Castro, J. Heis the only one to contact us. Even our property hasn't contacted us. He personally took it on his own liberty to get a place to be ready after a big move in mistake. So, Mr. Castro, J thank you and keep being awesome
CMS was assigned to us through USAA to repair water damage that occurred due to the heavy rain storm in Colorado Springs at the end of July. The repair required several subcontractors to come into our home to tear out drywall, wet insulation, and replace and repaint. The end result looks like nothing happened. Every subcontractor they had come into our house was excellent, easy to work with, and very friendly.
