UPDATE: I am happy to say my sons Birthday cake arrived on schedule. Thank you Chef Steve. There was an issue with the phones but Chef Steve did receive my email and everything worked out. I am Happy, my son and his family enjoyed the cake, it was delicious! And...yes, I would order again 😊 I placed an order and the next am sent an email request to change the address..I had 6 days till the delivery ..all their different phone numbers, all had mailboxes that were full. They take online orders and never mail out the product. No one answers the phones, they don’t respond to phone messages or email messages. They take your money, that’s all.
I ordered some items for my kids for Easter. I had plenty of time and chose shipping date a day earlier than needed, just in case. I received nothing. also no response to my emails and voice messages. I plan to dispute the charges on my card!
They could do what they say. All they did was take my money, then string me along on the phone. They ruined my daughter's birthday surprise . They even had an opportunity to tell me they could not complete my oder and let me go elsewhere, but instead made more sales promises

Our logo came off the brownie when we removed the plastic - kind of defeats the purpose of getting a custom bakery item with our logo.
1-800-Bakery has just earned another satisfied customer. This A+ BBB rated company delivered a clutch performance. I had a company-wide event to push a safety initiative and we wanted to go outside the norm and add cookies for each attendee. We had a tight deadline, but after researching other companies, and seeing their product samples showcasing well-known companies, we placed an order for 300 individually wrapped butter shortbread cookies with a custom logo - and they delivered with hours to spare.
