These guys are a rip off! Don't use them unless you got money to throw away! Had to get my A/C fixed for a party. The tech came out put on a $30.00 part less than a half hour and charged $389.00!!!! He didn't even give me an estimate before replacing the part. So when did an A/C tech start making $600.00 an hour??? I am a mechanic and even going out at midnight on a Sunday I couldn't charge a fraction of that amount!!! My next call will be the better business bureau!!!

We had a problem with our sewer line. Called 1-800-anytyme. They were friendly and moved fast. Drain Tech Benny Mendoza came out and helped until I had to tell him that my insurance company had told me I needed you use companies on their list. Benny Mendoza was very polite and professional. Told me it wasn't a problem and I hardly paid anything for all his help. Thank you so much. I know who to call next time... when my insurance isn't involved.

Loyal Customer 10+ years. Called about 9am (Oct. 2014) said they'd be here at 3:30 they arrived about 4pm, we needed a water heater (they installed our last one in 2008 for $1029) the est. for the new one was $1429!!! WOW that's a Crazy price increase in less than 7 years & our last one was just about 5-6 weeks out of warranty but there was no offer to work with us in any way regarding that.
