I wanted to support a local business, so I stopped in after checking their website for box sizes and pricing. The store is clean and well stocked, but the pricing is way off. Online, the boxes were listed at $8.33, but in store I was charged over $13 for the same item. When I asked about it, I was told "they haven't updated it a while," with no effort to fix or honor the listed price. That's really frustrating and feels misleading. supper well supplied stock.. everything you need for packing/ shipping at great prices. Very professional, helpful staff. I buy from then all the time.
Under seals….everything was structured. Now the price randomly change on products as much as the employees do. Charla….didn’t honor our pricing over years, and she’s rang up our transactions. Discounts that have been applied forever now don’t apply. Go straight to Sigma Packing at this point down the road and save $ considering the amount spent here. Disappointment to say the least.
