I came to Yemen Jewelry to get a personalized necklace made, and they promised they would take care of it. Unfortunately, they never followed up or got back to me, despite what they said. They legt me on read. I waited patiently, but their lack of communication and follow-through was really disappointing. I expected better customer service and reliability, especially for something custom and meaningful.
I had a really good experience doing gold shopping with them. I was looking for Huggies but other stores were over charging me (probably because I dint speak Arabic). There were three women inside who catered, they also did my ear piercing. Will be back soon.
