This company is the property manager for the house I am renting and they are horribly unresponsive to fixing the many problems with the house. To start with the kitchen was FILTHY. A real health hazard. We had to pay someone to scrub it clean. For a house renting for $3595 a month it is in poor condition. We have had a list of many things that need to be fixed.
