Candy B. This place is fabulous, the best salon in San Diego. My favorite stylist is Jennifer, one of the owners, however, everyone there seems very talented. The best thing about Notorious, besides their hot tea and complimentary hand massages, is the fact that everyone there is very enthusiastic about doing hair. No burned-out stylists here, just a lot of people who love what they do. Ask for Jennifer, and tell her Candy sent you:)
