When mem took over the management of our HOA, the HOA was already undergoing unrest. They took on our property knowing the divisions between the few owner-occupiers and landlords (to put it kindly). I found mem's service to be exceptional. They tracked every contact which caused them to be accused of charging us for emails and calls - complete nonsense. Finally! A management company that actually cares. Martin is very hands on. He is always checking in to see how things are going. He is honest, part of the CAI and even sponsored the last condo expo at Meadowlands. I don't see anyone topping this one.

mem property management has done an amazing job managing our HOA. This is the first time I've owned a condo, and let me tell you - this stuff can be complex, and not that fun! We're a mid-sized HOA and none of us had experience. We tried self-managing, but realized we needed help big time! As an Bank Closing Officer, it is my job to make sure we assist the Seller as well as the Real Estate Agent(s) in meeting the contingency dates, by providing Buyers with the HOA Resale documents in a specific timeframe from date of acceptance. Renaissance Station, located in New Brunswick NJ is poorly managed and certainly no renovations to the streets, driveways or speed bumps have taken place for the past several years by Mem Property Management. The front of the complex looks like a barren wilderness, filled with garbage, bald spots of grass where people have walked, garbage strewn; cleaned almost daily by one of the neighbors that lives at the front of the complex. Lots and Lots of excuses why they don't repair or maintain our property. Renaissance Station located in New Brunswick NJ and managed by Mem Property Management is an absolute mess. The streets have large gaping potholes and haven't been paved for at least 10 years. There's also other issues we've pointed out to Mem Property Management that have been completely ignored and never addressed. Definitely would run as far and as fast away from this company.
