Brittany was my landlord for the last 2 years. Never had a single problem with her or the realty company, Zzyzx. Any issues I ever had, she would respond to in a timely manner and usually have someone handle them within a few days or so. I would 100% recommend renting from Brittany or Zzyzx, you couldn’t ask for a nicer landlord.
Where do I start?... Brittany is the Property Manager for the house we rented for 6 years, always very professional, attentive and always looking out for the best interest of both, property owner and renters. Too bad I can't give more than 5 stars because she deserves the whole sky full of them. Thanks, Brittany!!
Brittany is kind caring and quick to respond to any situation. I rented from her for 5 years and had zero issues communicating and getting work done. She’s worth her weight in gold!!!
I cannot say enough positive things about Brittany. I have bought and sold two houses with her help. Both times I asked her to take pictures of my property to help save a little extra cash on professional photography. The pictures were amazing and both homes sold immediately! Our most recent purchase was a newly built property and she went through the house with a fine tooth comb and made sure everything was perfect.
