I have been dealing with Zzounds for quite sometime, that is until recently, I ordered a new set of Seymour Duncan pickups I had to return because they would not fit my Ibanez Axs32. I did not use them, but I had to pay for return shipping. What happened to the 30 day return policy?. I am done doing business with them, I will stick to Dave's guitar shop in Wisconsin or Sweetwater in Indiana. Zzounds customer service "SUCKS"
This place is part of American musical supply. I used to be a longtime customer, but no more. I recently purchased a guitar I had to send back, and I had to pay return shipping. Musicians friend has better customer service than this, I am no longer shopping here.
Zzounds canceled my order with no explanation
They are not flexible with their clients. There was an error in a purchase and they coldly blamed me and that's how everything remained even seeing that my purchase and payment history is impeccable.
