Dr. Z was a very good listener, compassionate, intelligent, extremely respectful, honest and we had some good laughs in the ER too which was a change from the usual trauma. Very refreshing. Not only did he do what my insurance allows him to do, he went above and beyond for my best interest with a more expensive but effective test. Since all my test results came back negative, he did not leave without trying to counsel me and helped me by relieving my mental distress with his reassurance.
