The waxing department in this shop is really unprofessional. I asked how much a wax would be for a particular area of the body as there is no waxing list, got it done to only be charged extra $5 after when paying at the register, when I quired it, no real excuse excpe the price list had gone up. It seems that alot of Salon operate in this manner, please manage it up to consumers affairs for their unprofessionalism. I have the reciept to prove what had happened to me.

Pre-covid, when the shop was still called "Cabello Style and Beauty", I had a balayage done here by an apprentice and it was absolutely amazing. She was very nice and despite me being very indecisive at the time, she helped me come up with a hair colour that would work well with my hair. However, two months ago, I booked both my mum and I to get a full and a half head of foils done at 9am today.
