They told me it would take a day for them to run a diagnostic on my laptop. It’s been 2 weeks, no one answers the phones, and the store is closed during business hours. I just want my laptop back… Update: I did get my laptop back. They were out of state for personal family reasons. They called me immediately and apologized profusely.
Dropped of computer for a simple hinge replacement- they wiped out all of our files. We brought it back for them to reinstall them- this was never completed. Called several times- no response. Stopped by many times - always closed. It took 3 months to get the computer back- minus the files they were never supposed to delete.
