Visit was very relaxed and open. Most importantly, Josh explained the medication/process in a way that is easy to understand, answered any questions, and shared personal experiences. This makes a huge difference. Shipping was fast and easy. Pricing is transparent. It seems that this company is in it to truly help people, not just sell you a product.
