Been going here faithfully since 2016; last time, the nail tech lady really hurt me, I asked her to be more gentle but instead she got angry, yelled at me & then dug into my toe with the nail nipper about 5x harder and made me bleed. I yelped and said ow, and then she started actually screaming at me and didn’t stop. The nail tech sitting next to her told her to leave and she continued literally screaming up at the front of the store for a good five minutes. No idea what she was saying. After trying Zyng and then trying a few other nail salons, I enthusiastically returned to Zyng.
Very friendly and did a beautiful job on my daughter’s nails! They actually redid nails that were done badly at another salon. She was so helpful and nice, and great at detailed design!
