I’ve been a customer at Zyng Nails since they opened and I’ve been a very happy customer. Ha is the technician that I’ve been seeing for the last few years and she’s absolutely outstanding. She’s very accommodating, focuses on the detail and most skilled at her craft - I give her a 10!

First time stopping here. The shop looks sanitary and the workers were welcoming and nice. My only concern was hearing one worker speak very negatively about a client in their foreign language. It’s important to be careful how you speak about customers, especially in front of others. Overall, I’d still return if I’m in the area.

The staff are always welcoming, and every service I’ve received has exceeded my expectations. I do have a favorite technician, but the entire team is kind, professional, and consistently delivers beautiful work whenever my go‑to isn’t available. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and taken care of.

I’ve been going to Zyng Nails on and off for about 6 months and I really like Ha’s work. However, almost every time I try to book with her, there’s an issue. Today I had an appointment, showed up, and she had another employee tell me she couldn’t do my nails. Then claim her boss was supposed to call me and tell me she couldn’t do them, This happens repeatedly, and at this point, the treatment makes me feel unwelcome and question whether there may be some racial bias or a personal issue toward me.
