Dont do buisness with a company that doesn’t take care of their customers by paying for shipping on a return product that isn’t right for you. I have to pay for shipping on a gift i got that makes your feet feel worse then before you stick them in the messager. Bad design flaws and the customer has to pay for it. I usually love trying to get small businesses my money, but this is why I don’t.
Hands down and thumbs up 👍 with the best customer service. My beloved massager had a part that broke, and without hesitation these guys were amazing, and fixed the issue before I can blink. This massage is such a saviour. Can’t recommend it enough.
