Store was closed at 2:50pm on Monday, May 19th. This is the second I have come to this store during its normal hours of operation and the store is closed with no sign or anything. I drove an hour and a half. Very frustrating.
Store was closed and doors locked in the middle of the day on a Tues 2/25 with no note on the door why?! Disappointing when you drive all the way across town.
What a fantastic store! I was casually strolling into the store and didn’t even know I needed a new chef’s knife so badly. The staff is incredibly friendly and I throughly enjoyed the learning and trial experience! It really enhanced my purchasing experience overall. This store truly showcases the brand very well! Look for the Kramer Damascus Chef Knife! Function meets beauty… but will make you feel like a badass.
Victoria was such a nice associate. She helped me and my husband pick out new kitchenware! So sweet and caring.
