Less than 2 years in and finding out even the driveway was poured wrong! 2inches thick when the min is 4inches. What a shame I am not only out their insane overages they dangled over my head at the end, but also now a 10k job to redo the entire driveway they did awful work on! Do not believe there lies they aren’t good at all! Proof is right here.
I would never recommend this builder. We were told 18-24 months at the latest to build it took almost 3 years and they still were not completely finished. They had demanded the rest of the money to be payed without the home even being cleaned or inspected, they had tried to send a cleaner to the house two weeks after we had payed and gotten the keys without even letting us know someone was coming .
