The best customer service. I went there today for the first time. I dont remember the lady at the front desk, but she was very nice and knows what to do!! Very helpful. All the process was very smooth!!!! And then the two xray techs who helped me today were very nice and kind as well. My first name is super korean so usually i go by my last name whether i want it or not. But the guy(one of them) had no issues with my name which was very surprising and was very professional. i had a big issue a while back ago i called the number that was posted and the helpful operator was about resolve my issue im very satisfied afterwards. the last time i went it was very good i was in and out of there, i went back for an MRI in the morning and came back for 2 x-rays in the afternoon both time i was treated well im very happy. i love going to this location its my favorite location the staff is amazing i really recommend you go to this locations for any imaginings.

Very unprofessional place I showed up 5 mins before my appointment at 8:45am I waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes I thought I was next to go. A guy shows up and sits down for 2 minutes and was called up before me. They basically skipped me. I complained to the girl at the desk. They told me I had to wait another 15 mins. I thought it was totally unfair. I made the appointment for the early morning so I wouldn't have this problem and I would be one the first one seen.
