I have to go to this location for MRI because I have a pacemaker. They called me at EXACT time of appointment. Been here before but and always efficient but today was exceptional. I forgot my script to start with and the polite lady at desk said no problem I will call Dr. When I got called in a nice gentleman, Timothy, explained EVERYTHING he was doing adjusting pacemaker for test. Very nice facility with pleasant staff. The girl who did my medical diagnostics test was easy going and kind. I will definitely go back to this facility should I need more tests in the future.
I had a ct scan Thursday 12/18 and was told they don't know when it will be read- it maybe till after the New Year ! This is totally unacceptable, I was advised the only way to get my scan read earlier would be for-the Dr. to place a stat on the order- s this is how they do business now, path!! if there is something urgent or seriously wrong, you'd think they'd make a point of it to get those results the Dr. pronto, they obviously don't care as they once did !! .
