Just wanted to shout out Ella and the Freeport location team for providing an exceptional customer service experience! Based on their performance, I would strongly recommend this practice/location to anyone that requires radiology services.
Needed X-Rays and was referred here. I was VERY surprised at how nice this place is. Someone clearly invested a lot into it. Spotless bathroom, nice setup and layout overall. Once you walk back into the service area, it's like the batcave with all the technology, but set up in some rich person's downstairs living room (for the lack of windows). Sony and Laura and everyone I've met were very professional and kind. I love the idea of the reusable shopping bag👏🏽! It is thoughtful. There's always shopping to be done.
My experience with this location was wonderful. From the quick check-in process at from the very sweet young ladies at the front desk, to the awesome and darling technician who helped me in and out of the MRI machine. I highly recommend Zwanger-Pesiri to anyone who wants a quality test procedure with an awesome staff to see you through. Thank you. You Rock!!
