We had not had a termite inspection since we moved here in 1998. I asked a local neighbor who is a long time realtor about a trusted company. She recommended Zwaag. What a great experience we had with this company! Office staff always friendly, helpful & patient when I called with questions. Bill Pederson was the excellent home inspector who performed a very thorough check for signs of termite damage or other damage to wood. Hired Zwaag to do wood repair and tenting my home. I'd give the wood repair 4 stars as they did a good job. Had to have them re-do a section and got some push back from the guy doing the work but ultimately, the job got done. It went down hill from there as Zwaag sub contracted out the termite treatment. Whoever they used, did a shoddy job. I'd give them 1 star. Place was recommended by the home inspector. They came out for inspection pretty fast and were able to schedule work pretty quickly. Both inspector, Alex and Coreen in office were friendly.
