Heather and Alex at Zwaag are the best! Heather is so on top of it in terms of scheduling and returning calls - she is super nice and incredibly efficient. And Alex is so thorough and knowledgeable! Helped guide me through a process I’m not familiar with and he did it with such kindness. Zwaag is friendly, reliable, honest, and professional. Highly recommended!

Hired Zwaag to do wood repair and tenting my home. I'd give the wood repair 4 stars as they did a good job. Had to have them re-do a section and got some push back from the guy doing the work but ultimately, the job got done. It went down hill from there as Zwaag sub contracted out the termite treatment. Whoever they used, did a shoddy job. I'd give them 1 star. Place was recommended by the home inspector. They came out for inspection pretty fast and were able to schedule work pretty quickly. Both inspector, Alex and Coreen in office were friendly.
