Booked with Stephanie, I sent her pics of what I wanted and she sent me back pictures of her alleged work that was similar to what I sent her. When I arrived I then again showed her the same pics and explained in detail what I was looking for. Three hours late she hands me the mirror and I was visibly upset and disappointed it looked absolutely nothing like what I wanted it and it looked nothing like the pictures that we agreed on.
