I was in the area for three weeks and hoped to get some spinning in. Tammy set me up with a great rental bike and trainer and connected me to the spinning classes run at the shop. Great friendly service and a fun crowd to spin with. Could not have wished for anything better. :)
I just bought a bike. There were issues with the bike and Zuzu really stepped up and repaired the bike and gave it a thorough once over. Great customer service.
I have grown up in bike shops, I work @ W&S and have been to shops all over. This place is AWESOME! Ride bikes and support your local shop!

Zuzu pedals was extremely kind when you walk in they greet you and answer any questions you may have. They were able to answer all my questions and tuned up my bike to run as perfect as it can. I will be returning soon to get my wife a new bike. Truly a 5 star business and its local really can't be beat!!!!
We place an order for a pink and black water cage on May 4. They called the other day to inform us that it was in; however when we arrived to pick it up last night they had ordered the wrong color. The salesman apologized, but instead of recognizing it was their mistake he placed the blame on the manufactures order numbers. If there was any question of the colors I don't understand why they didn't contact us to verify the color prior to placing the order.
