We saw an apartment in-person twice with Simcha S**** a realtor from this company and each time we were told different things about the apartment: the move-in date, the price, the fee, even the number of bedrooms kept changing. The first time we saw it in-person, it was a three bedroom no broker fee for $2700. The next time, when we followed up to see it again, we were told it was now a three bedroom for $2800, no fee.
