They helped me just fine, the house I picked was fine wasn't bad, the maintenance guy was very friendly and had to do what he needed to do fairly quickly before I had to get moved in. I don't have complaints, oh, and they work with you splitting your security deposit and prorated costs and even your pet fees into easy payments, so that was really nice of them, most places doesn't do that for you, hell, I had to to pay only 960 compared to my daughter having to pay 1400 to another place, so I appreciate this place for working... read more

If I could give 0 stars…. I would. I’ve been renting a home with them since 2023. When I first moved in I noticed issues with the bathroom in the bedroom. They came out did a quick fix and that was that. Time goes by and my main bathroom has issues. Tiles falling off where you turn the water on. I have been waiting for this to be fixed since September of 2024. Now it’s mold growing that I’m supposed to fix by buying products to remove mold.
