Worst decision ever . Moved us in with mold under water heater and mice and rat poop and expected us to clean it all up . Gave us deposit back to move & we DID . We were all sick including my 6 year old . Then not even a week later they have it listed to rent AGAIN . Didn’t pay for our hotel stay . Just gave us our deposit and the rest of the months rent because we HAD to leave . Didn’t offer any other properties . Very nasty . Stay away from 1502 NW FERRIS .

They helped me just fine, the house I picked was fine wasn't bad, the maintenance guy was very friendly and had to do what he needed to do fairly quickly before I had to get moved in. I don't have complaints, oh, and they work with you splitting your security deposit and prorated costs and even your pet fees into easy payments, so that was really nice of them, most places doesn't do that for you, hell, I had to to pay only 960 compared to my daughter having to pay 1400 to another place, so I appreciate this place for working... read more
