My son seen Dr. Zusman in October. He put him on meds n gave him a shot for paranoia. I haven't been aexwa!!!â mi in to comtact them since. Can someone PLEASE tell me where he is n if he's ok n if he's still seeing patients or if he's ever coming back. Please n thank you.
Everything is good. They just won't answer the phone so if you're lucky enough to get an appointment DONT MISS IT! You will spend days trying to reschedule
The Dr. is not bad overall, when you can get in. My main complaint is that it is very difficult to get them on the phone. Phone stays busy. Often times it just rings and rings. Sometimes you get an answering machine but they don't return calls. Other times the answering machine is full and you can't leave a message. It's usually at least an hour wait even with an appointment.
This office is so rude and disrespectful. And Dr. Zuesman just talks down to you and doesn't believe anything you say.
Would not recommend him to others. I only go because he is all there is. Has a "God Complex." Not interested in any other Dr's opinion - thinks he is the only one who knows anything.
My husband and I both see Dr.Zusman and we like him a lot, was scared from the reviews but he was not rude or obnoxious, listened to our issues and prescribed the right meds.
He is a terrible Dr. He's argumentative, and very un- caring. He does not take the time to listen or diagnose. He gives you meds that don't help, and his nurse does not listen to what she's being told either. This office is a disgrace to its patients.
