Had a great coffee experience here. Coffee was good, and the service was even better. Special thanks to Min, Haz, and Wani for their excellent service, they were friendly, attentive, and made the visit even more enjoyable. Will definitely come back again!
I always come to ZUS Coffee IOIMP because of their matcha, and it never disappoints. The taste is consistently smooth, rich, and not too sweet, which I really like. The staff are friendly and the service is usually fast even when it’s busy. I also want to give a special shoutout to all staff member i usually buy from...really kind and always makes my order well. It’s nice to see good service like this, it makes the experience even better. Definitely one of my go-to spots for matcha🤍
Matcha latte has a watery taste, can't feel the matcha taste at all, probably too less matcha powder. The lady hijabi worker is very rude, spoke in an annoyed tone when we asked her about a free gift that we were supposed to get (ps. It wasn't peak hour - 10.30am when we went there so there shouldn't be an excuse for service). Would appreciate if these things could be improved.
they really serve me well n give a good service all staff really nice, good & fast too..they help us understand about their apps n explained it very well! kudos to staff Shazwani, Min & Haz for giving a great service!
