Called for technical support…. got a long phone call advertisement from a bot instead.
The receiver on the dock was extremely arrogant and unprofessional. Very rude attitude, zero respect for drivers, and made the unloading experience unpleasant. Definitely needs improvement in behavior and professionalism.
