Had a really good experience with Zuri today. She was professional and personal. I got the hydro facial and left extra shiny:) Will recommend to friends and return again!
If you’re not coming to get your facial with Zuri then what are you doing??! She is so exceptional at what she does, and has perfected the human touch that I will not let anyone else in the Chicago area touch my face because her craft and skill is what elevates the overall experience. I am not sure if she was having a bad day but my first experience was awesome however the second was not the best for me. Her work was great but it was more so the customer experience. I felt like she was forced to make conversation with me and I just didn't get to relax the way I had hoped because I felt uncomfortable most of the time especially when I had to leave. She is great at what she does but I would just not go back due to the customer service experience and not being able to relax given our conversation interaction... read more
I recently got my first ever facial and i’m so glad It was Zuri that did it. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. She made product recommendations and i’m loving the products! It was such a relaxing experience. Can’t wait for my next facial and to get other services done by her in the future.
