Last week I had no choice but to interact with the 'property manager', Debbie Stangoni, in an attempt to obtain spare keys she has been promising for weeks. As in the past she was rude, indifferent, and accepted no responsibility for not having my keys available. I have expressed my displeasure with her behavior to the owner, Laurence Seiterle, before.
