Be very careful before purchasing this warranty. I paid around $5,000 for an extended warranty because I was told electrical issues and major repairs would be covered for up to 85,000 miles or 5–6 years. That was the entire reason I agreed to purchase it. Recently I had to repair my Tesla, which resulted in a $2,000 bill. When I submitted the claim, I was told the warranty company does not work with Tesla, so they refuse to reimburse the repair. That makes absolutely no sense.
