Terrible and unfair service
Extremely bad service. Stay away from the insurance specialist by name Micheal Ruffin. He is highly incompetent and stated in my claim that he took a statement from me where as I did not give him any. Be aware as they would state anything which isn’t true and close your claim. Make sure you either record or document every conversation you have in case you are insured with them to be careful.
I got injured at 1 hotel in Florida and reported my injury. However, both the hotel and this insurance company were not responsive in dealing with my injury claim. I fell from the bed platform, landing my knee on the floor in the middle of the night not realizing that I was on top of the bed platform. It is about 10 inches above the floor and the bed is on top of the platform. This company sure can give you the runaround. The person I talked with about an accident must have been reading from a script they have in their handbook. Don't do business with Zurich.
