I enjoyed great and impecable service from the personnel by the name Vikas, who handled my claim. He followed up and corresponded back where there was need to.

I personally was a very patient, respectful and trusting client of Zurich.. When I was in my snow storm accident, the lady that was taking care of my claim (Jennifer Z) was absolutely a nightmare to work with on so many levels that I'm almost positive this is her very 1st job that she's ever had in her life. I could go into detail but I won't. Just know that I don't ever do reviews on anything. I don't even do much social media. But Zurich had given me zero choice but to express my brutal experience

I filed a total loss claim after my car was rear-ended. The claim was agreed upon and signed over two months ago, but payment has still not been issued. I have had difficulty reaching my adjuster, and emails often go unanswered. Customer service has been inconsistent, and my rental coverage stopped after one month even though the claim was not finalized. I hope the company improves communication and speeds up the claims process.

Worst insurance company ever. Once I'm done with my total loss claim. I'll be looking for a different company Update So after waiting 4 weeks I'm still waiting for my financial company to receive my total loss payout cheque. Zurich so graciously offered to cancel that cheque and reissue another one which still could take up to 4 weeks for it to be received. I have offered to pay to have this new cheque expedited but was told they only use general mail. So please beware of this insurance company they lose cheques because they... read more

I have had the pleasure of chatting with Anthony Kfoury, a Claims Specialist two days in a row. He has made my horrible experience of a hit and run so amazing. He has been patient, kind, and going above and beyond to make sure everything is handled correctly. I hope every time I call Zurich I get to deal with Anthony- he's truly the best!
