I was out shopping for my son’s first birthday party and finally found everything I needed. I had several items in my cart one of them a large bag of individually wrapped light up helicopter favors. There were about 4 bags in one area the price on the shelf read $8. None of the bags were priced individually so I assumed they were priced at what the rack stated.
