LOVE Zurchers…the ladies are always so so helpful!
I bought high float balloons that are supposed to last at least 24 hours. Bought them in the evening and they were completely sunk to the ground by morning. Went in and they wouldn’t push me to the front of the line for replacements and I didn’t have time to wait in the very long line so my party ended up not having balloons even though I paid for them. Super frustrating.
This and the jordan landing location are the 2 best i have ever been at. This store has so many options to choose from. I am so grateful to Stacey, she helped me find everything i needed since they have all new product and I had no clue where to look.
No staff interested in helping me find what I was looking for. Many empty shelves. Not friendly.
Sid was excellent in procedure of knowing many products & how to be used & which ones that would serve the purpose of what I needed and he had excellent customer service skills
