I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this location, all thanks to Tina! I was struggling to find exactly what I needed, but she stepped in and provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Tina was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me. Management, please take note: employees like Tina are rare, and she absolutely deserves a raise for her hard work and dedication. I will definitely be returning because of her!
Good store
I had a very disappointing experience at zurchers for the second time .The older lady who helped me was extremely rude and provided very poor customer service. I paid to have helium balloons prepared, but by the very next day, the balloons had already fallen to the floor and were no longer properly inflated. I understand that sometimes issues can happen with balloons, but the way I was treated and the lack of customer service made the experience even worse.
Love this location.
